120gbs, or evol, is a 27 year old queer artist who focusses on digital media in styles ranging from cartoon to semi realism. evol also dabbles occasionally in music, coding, and writing. mew has been drawing since mew were a kid, having gotten mews first tablet in 7th grade. mew is mostly self taught, having taken an art class in highschool to learn some of the basics. evol's approach to art is from a hobby viewpoint, but mew is eager and glad to also do work for pay. evol's strengths are character design, concept art, and rendering. mew is also skilled in pixel art.

you WILL:
have a drawn ref ready (it doesn't have to be 'good')
pay when prompted (after work begins)
ask to post on social media/art page
credit me and/or link back to me on your social media, art page, or toyhou.se
provide me with adequate information about posing, expressions, etc.
provide me with your expectations for character design creation if commissioning me for a custom (this can include design aspects you do and don't want, a color palette, and/or a playlist for inspiration)
you WON'T:
erase the signature
edit the final product
edit any wip shots
re-sell designs for more than you bought them for
redesign a custom character and re-sell the old one OR the new one, re-selling should be as is
use any commissioned work of mine as commercial products (merch design, etc.)
bug me multiple times a day or every single day for updates
file a chargeback, ever
commission time may take from a week up to a month, depending on outside circumstances

you do NOT have commercial ownership rights of the image you commissioned
i will send you an invoice if you are paying via paypal
i will fully refund you if you want to cancel
i do NOT accept refund requests if the picture is halfway or more done
micro-adjustments are always free for commissions
i will NOT fix anything lineart related once the coloring stage has started, do not ask
coloring adjustments are also always free
if your custom design isn't up to your standards i will do a free edit to your specifications, anything after that, please recommission
if you still don't like the design i made you and you do not want it, i will keep it for my own purposes, you do NOT get to keep it to re-sell as that breaks my TOS
